Terms and Conditions
- There is a 2 week (14 day) notice on all orders. Rush fees will apply to orders placed 13 days or less in advance.
- All orders $150 and under requires full payment to book. Orders $151 & higher requires a non refundable retainer to book. If full balance is paid, 50% will be considered a non refundable retainer.
- Final balances are due 1 week (7 days) prior to due date. If final balance isn’t paid, the order will not be fulfilled & no money will be returned. Late fee of $10 will apply to any final balances paid after the due date.
- All orders placed less than 14 days in advance must be paid in full along with any applicable fees at the time of booking.
- Delivery must be booked at time of ordering. Delivery fee starts at $10.
- Retainers are transferable one time with at least 1 week (7 days) notice of original date. Transfers are accepted based on baker’s availabilty.
- In order to transfer a booking, the final balance must be paid first. No changes allowed.
- There is a strict no refund policy.
- Taste is subjective. We will not issue refunds because you don’t like the taste of the item.
- Orders are held for 24 hours. After 24 hours the order will be discarded & no money will be refunded and the order will not be remade.
- Quotes and invoices are valid for 48 hours.
