Yes. Orders $100 or less requires full payment when placing an order. 50% will be considered a non-refundable deposit. Orders $101 and above requires 50% non-refundable deposit with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to due date.
Yes. Custom theme orders requires a 30 day minimum notice in order to ensure supplies will be on time. Any non themed orders requires a 14 day notice to place an order.
Items are recommended to be consumed within 5 days. Cheesecakes and cupcakes can be frozen up to 3 months if wrapped and stored in an air tight container.
I apologize the taste is not what you expected of our items and hope you give us another chance, however taste is subjective and we do not give refunds or take backs because you do not like the taste.
We are a home based baking business that serves the Detroit and Metro Detroit areas
We currently accept payments via invoice for all non flash sale orders. Flash sales are able to be paid via Apple Pay, Invoice, Venmo, Paypal (Additional charges applied) and Zelle.
Yes there is a $5 PayPal invoicing fee applied to all orders.
